Update 2021 April 20th: Ohori Park Clinic now provides both types of PCR test, the saliva PCR test and the nasal swab PCR test.
         -Saliva PCR test : 25,300yen (including VAT, English Certificate, PDF if needed)
         -Nasopharyngeal (Nasal) swab PCR test: 25,300yen (including VAT, English Certificate, PDF if needed)

For the same price as before, you can now get your PCR test results within 8 hours.

• If you come to the clinic at 10:00 am, you can get the results on the same day, around 18:00-19:00.
• If you come to the clinic in the afternoon, you will get your test certification the next day when we open at 10:00 am.

How to take your PCR test at Ohori Park Clinic in Fukuoka:

1. Check your documents requirements (Results in Japanese, Health certificate in Japanese or English) depending on your needs (safety test, travel...)
2. Call us at 092-724-5520 and make a reservation in either Japanese or English.
3. Come to the appointment time, answer the patient questionnaire and let us collect some saliva. It will take less than 30mn in total.
4. To get your results, you can either:
   a. Come to pick them directly at Ohori Park Clinic.
   b. Ask us to send then by mail to your adress.
   c. Ask us to send the PDF scans to your e-mail.
