To patients in need of the Certificate of testing for COVID-19   You can be tested for the COVID-19 by saliva or nasal PCR and receive the Certificate of negative result within 24 hours.   Please make a reservation by phone (no email or SNS) and bring your passport or a copy of it. (092-724-5520)   The price for the test and the certificate in English for the COVID-19 is 30,800 NEW PRICE: 25,300 yen, including tax. 

 It will take about 30mn to answer the questionnaire and to take your saliva.
